Psychiatrist in North Carolina, and my wife is too. I've been using Palm OS since the Palm III day one of residency and I've since gone through the Palm V, N610 and last the SJ30. I got my wife on board with the 610, she resisted forever, but after 2 days, you couldn't pry it out of her hands.
I'm looking forward to the TH55.

I've got 3 of their books on my clie..........good when you get stuck and your somewhere without your books, like an off-site office....

Can be really helpful..........and works with memory sticks, too

Paediatric Trainee (SHO) in the UK.

I have used epocrates and most of the skyscape products (paediatric versions) in the past. My favourite is Cogniq as you can select abstracts from most of the paediatric journals to read (and sound at least a little more intelligent then normal on ward rounds )
