I got my wife on board with the 610, she resisted forever, but after 2 days, you couldn't pry it out of her hands.

| Paediatric Trainee (SHO) in the UK.
I have used epocrates and most of the skyscape products (paediatric versions) in the past. My favourite is Cogniq as you can select abstracts from most of the paediatric journals to read (and sound at least a little more intelligent then normal on ward rounds  )
