The whole unit is 'sealed' no screws to unscrew. So is it only good as a display or can the digitizer be fixed?

I have a lot of hairdryers around and will try that method to open a Palm V. I suppose opening and cleaning the screen might solve the digitizer problem.
(Hey after all spending three dollars is not too much to spend on experimenting on an old Palm....)

No luck it is still closed like a clam... maybe a search of you tube will have a video....
