This is old, very old but it is a must have app on all Sony high resolutions Cliè devices running PalmOS 3.5 to 4.1.

This litte tool, it is less than 5 kilobytes, enbolds the thin font of your old Cliè. Standard small fonts are too thin and sometimes hard to read on these Cliès. This app helps reading on such small devices.
