| You'd think Palm wouldn't forget about it's non-phone devices which were once Palm's bread and butter! grr! |

| You're not bread and butter now. You're legacy, and about ready to be relegated to some dusty pages in a history book.
Time to move on.

| Also, you are not able to load today's Symbian apps in a 3 year old Nokia. Or a WinMo 6.1 program into a 5.0 version...
You can point Blazer to http://m.facebook.com
Works and shows pretty nice.
Regards,

| True, but I know I wouldn't expect it to work on a device not considered current. While Palm may still offer the device, it clearly is out of development.
If Palm.net still worked, I bet I could get on m.facebook.com and have a blast with it. Oh those were the days... *sniff*

| Another vote to get this runnning on the TX I have a Centro as well, but it would be nice to have this running on my TX so I could easily update photo from my digital camera to Facebook when we're on vacation (namely outside the US where by Centro doesn't work).

| I access facebook via the Blazer "Palm Mobile Portal/People/Facebook" link.
I joined on my PC and didn't have to go through the regular sign-up process on the Palm TX.
Then I linked to it in "Bookmarks" in Blazer.
Works well----

I've been doing this, except about half a year ago the login seemed to become very temporary: after only a few minutes, or a couple of jumps to other websites, I click for some Facebook page and have to log in again. Which is tedious considering that the password can't be pasted in. And that my TX touchscreen is on its last legs, full of dead and almost dead spots. Clearing cookies doesn't fix this. Any chance there's a workaround? |
