| sdhc driver uses it, you can font-collect it from there 
it is used for the super secret debug test mode

That same file is visible on 99.9% of vB-based sites, like 1src.

| By the looks of that list, the only active mods are Joel and Reggie.
Back to topic, that would be incredibly small font. I doubt it would work well in any regular application not designed for alternative fonts.
