sync help

I've been successfully syncing my ux50 with Palm Desktop 4.2.1 on my Macbook for about a year now. Recently, It hasn't been syncing correctly. New appointments are not syncing over to the ux50 and I'm noticing that some appointments are being moved to incorrect dates. I checked the space on the ux50 thinking that maybe I ran out of space or something, but there is plenty of space left. I also checked the date and time on the ux50 to make sure that it was correct. I did a soft reset to see if that would correct the problem, but no luck. I guess I could do a hard reset and just erase everything and start again and see if that fixes the problem but I'd rather not do that unless I have to.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?
thanks in advance

try to change the default sync process to "computer overwrite handheld" for the calendar, and try to hotsync again.

OK I tried that. As soon as I hosync it automatically switches the setting back to synchronize.
Although, It seems to be functioning better now....but there are still a couple things that aren't getting transfered from the Macbook to the Clie.

OK It's still not syncing right. I tried changing the conduit setting for the Memos as well but those aren't syncing at all.

Any other ideas?
