I am in need of a small proxy application that can just listen on a certain port and forawrd to another ip and port. Basic proxy crap, but the others have waaaaaaay to much unnecessary features, or have ugly requirements (for instance, i have found one that seems nice, but I lack PHP installed so it will not work).
(freeware is a large help, and windolts is the platform)
