Angry Freeze on Alarm?

I have been using my new TH55 and every time an alarm will go off in the datebook, the system will freeze! It will never even play the alarm or show the alarm message. The system comes on and freezes up. I need to doa soft reset to fix it. Help! I did upgrade from a TJ37 by using the virtues of Palm Desktops backup. Should this be OK?

Anyone else experience this problem? It kind of defeats the purpose of having a datebook.

Thanks much!

Do a search. This has happened to everyone.

I hate it when Palm freezes...

I was wondering what happened to my Clie after I set an alarm and it subsequently couldn't turn it on. Apparently, the alarm triggered while it was asleep.

This has never happened to me. Ever. I use lots of alarms and have never had a freeze like this.

Sorry, I think I overgeneralized. I meant to say that this has happened to many people.
