| Transfer contacts via Bluetooth? I read on another thread about transferring contacts from CLIE to cell phone via Bluetooth, but couldn't find any detailed info.
Is this possible? I have a TG50 and Siemens S56 (Bluetooth and IrdA).
I did try beaming, but that didn't work. I had IR enabled on both CLIE and cell phone. The phone manual specifically says that it is vCard compatible, so there should be some simple way. I don't have IR or Bluetooth on my PC though.
I am also aware of a program called GSMTool, but was a little hesitant about trying it (mainly about configuring).
Thanks,
Steve |

| Awesome- http://homepage.mac.com/alvinmok/beammobile/
Beamed 1 contact perfectly after fiddling with first name/last name format. I guess you can only transfer 1 at a time, but still pretty cool since different phone numbers/address/email are all transferred!
Freeware too! |

| No, you should be able to send entire category at once

| I don't know about the TG, but my NZ has a BT send built into Address. Just hit Menu then "Send Address" and select Bluetooth (as long as BT is active). If your phone is a trusted BT device, it should recieve the card. I've done this on both an SE T68i and an SE T616. I'd be surprised if our devices have a different version of Address. |

| How do you send an entire category at once?
Thanks for the tip about the address book- I now see I can do it from there! I normally use Agendus which doesn't have that option- maybe it's an earlier version. |

| Bring up the list of addresses(not individual ones) and pull down the menu. There are two options that do that. One is "beam category" for IR, the other is "send category" for BT. This is under OS4.1 and 5.
