OK, am I missing something? (Well, obviously I am ) How do I turn on the transporter to Thule?

I finished the first part of quest . It was very fun I had to get the expansion but now I find myself in a delema. I get a message "The shareware demon doesn't allow me to to touch the door." I believe I did every thing except to open the door in the lava caves I have two fire keys but still won't open the door. any help??

You've reached the end of the demo (the "shareware") version of the Expansion. If you want to be able to teleport to Thule and continue the Expansion, you'll have to pay the 9.95 to get the full game.

It's well worth the money!

Thanks for the help Silvergirl I did pay for the expansion but there was a problems with the download, only downloaded the demo. I did get that fix however and now on my way to save the world. (well one Island at a time anyways.) lol. I do have a question I have so quest that are not solved or I really don't want to solve is there any way to fail at them or delet them from my list? Like the rob the wealthy family, Broms potion and wolvelea's information quest, I don't need to do those quest since I am good. great game

Unfortunately, there's no way that I know of to remove a quest. There are some quests that you can fail, but I don't think very many. The only way I can think of to get a quest off your quest log is to go back to a savegame from before you got the quest and make sure you don't take it.

One thing though, after I finished all the Exapansion quests by solving them all, even the ones that really didn't go with a good character, I ended up with a nearly-perfect Blessed reputation. (I started the Expansion with a Blameless reputation after solving 48 quests in the base game and failing 5 that were too evil for me.) The decision that is the most important to your Fame in the Expansion is whether the final choice you make is to take the good path or the evil one.

Morning all,

I'm having a great time with the expansion, but all those dragons are tough nuts to kill. I've got some outstanding quests to complete on Eldfell, but want to move on to Thule and start looking around there. I've found the gateway with the transporter, and killed the Snow Dragon, but the transporter is inactive.

I've got the full version of the game, so it's not a problem with shareware. I'm obviously missing something (probably really obvious knowing me!!) but I'm getting very frusatrated about not being able to get to Thule. Any tips or hints anyone?

Hi Vampire Slayer!

Yes, you're missing something pretty obvious! There was a teaser to "Remember the words of the Governor" when you first unlocked the door to the Gate with the Governor's key, and you can go back to the Governor and click on the dialog line "Excellency" to get the hint.

Alright Quest vets, need some help.

Been pulling my hair out. Fire caves/moat room: done, but still no key, no special hammer. Wandering around talking to everyone I can, smashing random walls & rocks, but still no luck. Also, can't find the thief (for the undertaker). Hints?

Fire Cave: Have you opened the room in the northern cave? If not, then the moat room is not yet done. Try again.

Undertaker: Did you solve the jewelry shop thief quest? Maybe you have sold the items that belong to the undertaker. Happened to me the first time.
I collected these items later again and solved this quest.

I've finished Thule so far and have now some open quests.

How can I find the cold spring for the healer? I have bashed every stone (even with Redshift Hammer) in the surrounding of the healers home.

Till now I have only one item of the stolen jewelery from Hildemar and none of the undertaker.

You're on the right track, just the wrong "hammer." You need to get a smashing device from a large NPC near the healer's hut. Then, remember what the healer said--the spring was close (to her hut). She is not using hyperbole, it is very close to her hut.

Poor old Seff ... and now the last threads fit together ...

By the way ... the "Drain hp" enchantment for a weapon saves a lot of money even if it is very expensive .... My Nogur just reached Lvl 23 and nearly all quests are solved.
