I do use 2PlayMe to trigger a flush via power-off (basically 2PlayMe triggers the Palm to turn on then power-off at a scheduled time) after all my nightly backup and routines. Resco Backup also has a flush feature after it's daily backup is done, but I don't use it since I've got a few other scheduled tasks that need to occur afterwards. I have OffFlush set to only flush if <60% and only at power-off (not auto-off). I have found experimentally that Blazer requires a min of 54% of my 12.8MB cache in order to open quickly (that's why I set it to flush <60%).

All that said, since Pruss isn't even supporting OffFlush anymore - I'm not too optimistic that revisions and feature requests will be attended too. Of course, I could be totally wrong...
