| Thanks for both the comments. I've still not resolved the problem. I have so far submitted three e-mails via the Navman support website and not received a reply, just automatic acknowledgements.
I've now tried forwarding the query via e-mail to a couple of other contact e-mail addresses at Navman hoping that someone will have the courtesy to at least reply.
Seems a pretty shabby way to treat customers to me.
I'll let you know how I get on.
