I know this isn't a Palm app, but I have much better luck viewing HTML files on my Zire72.
I found one called PDF Ripper. It's a desktop app, and it's a trial, but I don't like it cause it doesn't format the pages anywhere near what they look like in the original PDF.

What does everyone here use when/if they want to convert a PDF to an HTML webpage?
