 | Try converting your files to AVIs before playing TCPMP. They play much better than MP4 video files (at least on my TH55).
Also, as Cyker mentioned, the choppy playback is most likely caused by the normal video driver thingmajiggy being used. Under the prefs, change to the GE2D display under the "video" menu. It'll make a world of difference.
