Font Collector is a shareware companion to Fonts4OS5. It collects together a large variety of kinds of fonts it can find in RAM, including FontBucket fonts, FontHack for OS4 fonts, fonts embedded in applications, Plucker (non-antialiased) font packages, etc., and lets you creates Fonts4OS5 font packages out of them. One nice thing about it is that Fonts4OS5 doesn't have much in the way of Treo 600 fonts, but with Font Collector you can now use free FontHack fonts for any older device with Fonts4OS5.

I need some testers. OS5 and Fonts4OS5 required. Email ap85 at georgetown dot edu, saying what device you have.
