The problem is T2 has really low execution memory (heap). It cannot be extended in any way, just with some tricks. Note: Legacy normally uses ~3 MB heap, while T2 has 1 MB at all. That's why you need additional 2 MB store memory, because the game can use that for some tasks instead of heap.

These devices have (more than) enough horsepower/memory for the games nowadays:
- Zodiac
- T3
- Sony UX/TH
(these have about 10 MB heap, and fast processor)

Daniel Johnson, the author of Legacy:The Legend has started to make a diet version. He needs to remove some decorations from some of the maps - so those maps require less memory.
