Hi,

There has been a lot of discussion recently about MMplayer on the TH55, with nobody having much luck getting acceptable quality. I also spent a fair amount of time and energy on SmartMovie -> I was using much the same settings as you were, and the results were dismally bad.

I would love to find a way to make MMPlayer or SmartMovie work (if just because its a nagging question), but I remain convinced that the TH's HHE just can't handle them because they are not programmed specifically to take advantage of its video processor chip.
