 | The files need to be in the launcher folder to be displayed in the launcher as applications -- palm files/programs aren't "organized" the same way that windows programs are. ZLauncher lets you create shortcuts in other tabs, and I believe appshelf does too, but the programs themselves must remain in that folder.
