Been down that road, all good until I went to load the Sonic crapware, then blue screen death loop. The IT folks got there laughs on me, the use of PDA's and their desktop software is not supported. I made the big mistake and call Sony support first, after 45 min of round and round BS it came down to I didn't have a Sony computer and they can't help. Needless to say I will never own a Sony computer. I ended up with a replacement PC and then hooked up the old hard drive an the secondary and got all my files off it, also got my lesson on backing up to the server.

Loaded it all on my old laptop with win2kpro, reboot after each install and it worked great. No Sonic crapware. I then loaded it on my new work PC the same way, rebooting after each install, again it worked great and again no Sonic crapware.

I did later roll the dice and install the Sonic software but found it useless and then installed Itune.
