Yes, but I 'm not sure i need all the little icons, and the silly thing I write on my computer, however, I do understand the need. From my personal standpoint the only feature missing are the pictures in adress book... I would love to have those on the mac.
For the rest, I finally found the PDA of my dreams, one that I really use, with a decent battery life (as long as you don't use WIFI).
