AudioPlayer - A 128MB Memory Stick gives me more than enough MP3's to keep me happy.
*BugMe! - Great for quick notes and is currently the only easy-to-use HiRes+ drawing program.
*DateBK5 - Excellent Date Book replacement
Documents To Go - It comes with the Clie, and I prefere it over all the other office suites (I've tried 'em all!)
Hand Story - VFS-friendly all-in-one Web, DOC, Image, and memo viewer.
*Mapopolis - Fast, accurate, and full-featured.
Memo Safe - Hands-down, the easiest and secure Memo Pad replacement available. It is what Memo Pad should have been.
*MyBible - VFS-friendly, lightning fast searches, and multiple Bible versions make this excellent.
*WWCalc - Unofficial Weight Watcher's log and points calculator.

"Utilities"
Khroma - Easily customize your colors.
LauncherX - Great VFS-friendly Launcher replacement.
MS Backup - Backup/restore to/from Memory Stick. Saved my butt countless times!
McPhling - I associate it with the Capture button, so it's always accessible!
PhotoSkin - Great for managing VG and Status skins on the NX

"Games"
Bejeweled! - This is the reason I had to buy my wife her own Clie - She kept hogging mine!
*Billiards - Stunning graphics and great playability
*Klondike - Superb graphics and game play.
*Monopoly - Superb graphics and game play.

Programs with an '*' are run off of the Memory Stick using LauncherX's "Shortcut" feature.
