Well of course you will have to use the sylus at some point but all the function keys are on there that you have at the system bar on the bottom of your screen ie: Home, Menu, Calc, Find as well as the ability to program keys (or Letters) to open certain programs ie: program the "W" key to open a word processing like word to go and so on, I think ten in total can do this.
There are directional arrows on there and belive it or not some command keys for Graffitti which I dont know why y=you would use it if you on a keyboard.
