You have to remember that BT is just like a data cable, it's not like WiFi where you are a full node on a network. IIRC, you need to be able to connect to your computer using PPP or SLIP or something, which isn't bundled with Windows. Here is an article from PIC on connecting a BT-enabled POS device to the Net.
