This is more than you probably want or need but I just typed all the config settings so that I can re-enter after I get my phone upgraded to the latest version of the firmware (to solve the Bluetooth headset crackle).

Here is the specification of my devices:

I hope that you find this useful. Of course, many of your settings will be different based on the ISP and GPRS provider that you use. In my case, AIS published all of their specific settings on the web pages.
