Where are you from? Are you on the mainland USA? I'm in Honolulu and I'm still hesitant to send my SJ33 to them. I'm just a little hesitant to send my SJ33 to RunPDA 'cause it doesn't say on their site that they test the unit before sending it back to you. PalmPilotupgrade.com says that they test it for like two days before sending it back...
