NR -> Cellphone -> internet?

I can't figure out how to get my NR70V to connect to my Nokia 6385, i'm using verizon, and i know i can do datacalls, but i can't figure it out, can somebody help me?

I tried searching for other threads, but most are on the t68, and the ways i tried didn't work.
