When an average person not working for a military (a civilian) grabs a bomb and kills a lot of innocent people, they cross a line into a group other than civilian. They become a terrorist or murderer, something. Same thing goes when they grab a gun and shoot at soldiers, they are no longer civilians, they become something of a militia, or if they do it for the money Sadam offers, a certifiable mercenary. If they get killed, they are a dead mercenary, not civilian. You all seem to live in a fantasy were we should all hold hands and settle arguments with bake-offs or gardening competitions. Occasionaly innocent civilians do die, but it would not be so if Sadam let them leave and didn't stack them like sand bag bunkers around his weapons.
