 | Since you have a TE2 you could buy a bluetooth adaptor for your computer and syncronize using bluetooth....
If another friend has a treo or a TE2 or Tx you could borrow their cord and see if it is your cord or contacts on the TE2. Or get a magnifying lens and see if the gold contacts are clean....
