Nope, the preset defaults to that, but you can freely change the resolution and bitrate. I was able to encode at 512kbps no problems.

I've finally gotten movies converting from Mac OS X to my UX-50. There is a nice little application called FFMpegX, it puts an entire GUI around FFMPEG, really great stuff, anyway, they have a PSP...

I'd consider something like the new iPaq's T-Mobile is pushing. Built in GPRS/EDGE, WiFi and BT. Even has a keyboard on it... It's a shame the Mac support is so crappy for PPC though. :-/
