My screen makes no noise, however it does lean...

My screen makes no noise, however it does lean ever so slightly to the right. The first one I got (since returned) had a majorly crooked screen and the little end cap by the camera was hanging off.

I only allow VPN traffic on my wireless network and would like to the the clie connected.

The one from expansys (first link) says it can...

The one from expansys (first link) says it can both charge and sync. I cant see how as it has only one conector and on the UX-50 the sync and charge ports are different
