Unfortunately, mine says the same thing. According to the folks at Sony, if you get the form for a service request, your TJ35 falls into the range of affected serial numbers. It may be working fine...

I don't know which Clie you're looking at, but it isn't the TJ35. The only options in the "Display" drop down list are "Icon" and "Icon (small)".
