I had the palm brand aluminum hardcase. It sucked. The door got depressed (yeah I know!) into the frame sometimes and it wasn't all that easy to open. Somehow something must have gotten into my case...

My friend has an m500. It powers on and everything but the screen does not respond to stylus taps. The buttons work fine and the screen is not cracked. Any ideas? Is this easily fixable?
