at least for the default movie player. If you use Core, you don't need to convert most formats, however, the movie can be a bit laggy.

The EL rope sounds like a good idea...If only I knew what EL rope was. As far as the switch goes, you could place a switch close to the record button, or the 3.5 jack, that way, the likely-hood of it...

Try CardReader (http://software.palminfocenter.com/product.asp?id=2062) for computers. You have to setup bluetooth FTP, good luck.

If it's between a phone and the ux...Never tried it
