There's no need to use the Data Export...

There's no need to use the Data Export application on your computer.

Make sure you have inserted a Memory Stick into your TJ35 then run the "Data Import" application on your PDA and tap "Connect"....

Try reinstalling it and preforming a soft reset with the keyboard disconnected. If it doesn't work, attach it and preform a soft reset.

That usually does the trick for my Stowaway XT.
