I guess it would depend on your needs. If WiFi connectivity is important to you, then maybe you should go with the C. Try getting a feel of both units when you go to a store.

It works seamlessly with the SE T-68i. I can send and receive SMS as well as send and retrieve e-mail from my POP3 mail account. I can surf the net too.
