The cradle will fit but the peg on the cradle will not line up with the hole on the back of your Clie. So it works but it's not perfect. Also, the T Series cradle will not support your NX series...

You can use a program like PalmInsider to remove the read-only and other attributes from files in RAM, then you can delete them. I think McFile will also do that but I've never used that program....
