When I record something on my T2, the screen turns completely off after 1 minute of recording and the green led starts flashing.

I don't think you can set preferences on this on a T3.

Your problem sounds pretty bad.. I don't see other solutions than doing a hard reset and then reinstalling Palm Desktop with a new user and then Docs to go.

Perhaps someone has another solution, but...
