Maticek had the right question, what format was the video? The resolution of the file needs to be exactly 320x480 to get the best battery life. Otheriwse, it has to scale the video and that eats up...

I agree that the LD has a nice, sharp, colorful...

I agree that the LD has a nice, sharp, colorful screen. The resolution is great and, as far as sharpness, equals the PSP.

But viewing angle IS important. It stinks that I have to hold the unit at...

It is a deception, because even though Palm does tell you the battery is non-replaceable, they DON'T warn you that it will slowly loose it's ability to hold a charge; people don't know how batteries...
