I exchanged my TJ35 twice at Circuit City. (I'd purchased the extended warranty.) When the backlight went out on my 3rd TJ35, the Sony recall had begun and Circuit City no longer had any in stock....

My second unit's backlight went out after 6 days. Back to Circuit City tonight. I still like the TJ -35. Hoping that 3rd time's the charm.
