Has anyone had problems converting wav files that were created using bell souths text to speech utililty? I have a wav that Sound convertor won't recognize, even though it is a wav file.

i've had my 665 for a month now... but it's starting to lose it's charge very quickly... i use it about 1 - 2hours a day and it dies during that time.. is that normal? i have the best buy warranty...
