You are supposed to create a MyInstall folder on the card with your PC and put files into the folder on the PC. Them you can stick the card into your Palm, run MyInstall and have the files...

And there IS a rar for Palm - its a .jar and it works with WebSphere for some rar files

Now added a .zip which works.

Dump the file to a set location, stick the card in and... have it automaticaaly run MyInstall on card insert :)...
