Look for yourself

Comparison Chart between the versions (http://www.iambic.com/agenduspremier/palmos/default.asp?cnt=builtincomparison)

Premier is designed primarily for the Treo but it could still be used with a BT...

Lets just remember something

The 700P is really a new device. A lot of developers haven't updated their software and the early adopters typically want all of their "old" stuff regardless of if it's checked off as being updated...

Nope

You should not use the same Hot Sync ID for multiple devices unless you want mirror images of all devices and most importantly - all of the devices are identical: ie T3's or Treo's or exactly...

What they don't like is......

What most people complain about Agendus is that it's upgrades are not free like DB6. Now let me say something about that - Iambic has a policy where you can buy a subscription to "insure" that you...

Totally Different Tags

DB6 (and 5) uses a 9 digit tag which is similar as: @@3@@@@9#

Agendus uses #AN 151 for an icon tag. V11 of Agendus (in beta) uses even more tags but most are tied to the trips function and would...

Depends

I use Pocket Mirror Pro XT syncing to Outlook - that allows for it. I don't know if you use the Palm Desktop though what app would probably do it.

Drag and Drop Issues

They will place nice if you don't drag and drop stuff within Month Planner. It has a tendency to cause Agendus to lose track of the icon's. Other than that observation - I use both.

Bands

Well without seeing your screen - your image will not cover the entire screen. It will not cover the top nor bottom icons or menu's. If you are attempting to "stretch" the image to cover these areas...

Bug no - 480 X 480 yes

The manual clearly states what size the image needs to be so to say that it's a bug - that's not accurate, IMHO. Please don't call it a bug when the manual says to format it a certain way. It would...

10 Years best way is......

Long time ago - I realized the best way to avoid dupes - do them only in one location and that's usually on the Palm. Microsoft and Jeff Hawkins didn't start collaborating until the Treo 700W....so I...

Ok - more on this issue

When Michael posted that v11 was due "first part of next year" - a rather vague statement as long as it makes it before the end of June.......well could be considered first part of next year?

We...

I thought you'd remember

Steve,

I wasn't too concerned about you thinking that....it's the other masses that might not remember that post. :D

We've been having your London weather here in California - setting a record...

Nope

Well based upon my inside knowledge - no it's not just around the corner. ;)

As always, v11 will come out after a period of testing in both Alpha and then public beta. And since the beta of the...

No it doesn't matter except

Since the Treo 650 uses the enhanced PIM's and the T3 didn't come with Pocket Mirror Pro (although it did have the enhanced PIM) the issue is to be certain that you are working with Pocket Mirror Pro...

As somewhat of an insider

As somewhat of an insider - if you really want :D the kitchen sink be certain to ask for it over at the Feature Request area of the Iambic Forum. ;)

I doubt though that it really will make it...

Must be a Treo 600

Pocket Mirror didn't come on the 650 regardless - Pocket Mirror works well with Agendus and Outlook. Much better on the 650 then the Palm conduit manager.

Maybe

Version 11 is not yet in alpha testing phase - that I can tell you so that means it will be awhile. Unless something major changes in Iambic policy - beta testers that report and participate in the...

Public

Iambic lists beta's of major releases and posts them at the forum. It's open to anyone that wants to participate so you just have to keep checking at the site for release of beta's.

No problem

None was taken. ;) Don't know enough about Hinduism to make any similar comments other than to say that I'm glad you believe in something that seems to be a positive religion.

Hey Buddy

I think you should be able to make 2028 or 2031 - I'm planning on it and I'm not certain why you wouldn't.

Now 2102 would be pushing it. :p ;)

Ok,

Only since the thread got off topic-

Well, I don't think ending in an apocalyptic fireball is a necessarily a Christian desire either. I can't speak for Wellsjs but from my perspective it's not high...

You don't want to go outside and watch as it passes by? Could be like the movie Armaggedon where they show the bomb going off in a sunlight sky and you can see the explosion while the meteor is still...

Wellsjs,

After carefully playing with the upgrade - I can't recommend using the newer version unless you have to have the Global Address Book function of MS Exchange Outlook 2003.

There aren't...
