ArrowSkin for OKey

I made a Very simple skinner for the arrows in OKey (setup for NX/NZ). Allows you to edit the main 4 bitmaps in any graphic editor then create a small 7k file that can be included in skin packages to change the arrows looks.

Thanks to the developer of OKey for tips on how to do this.

you have to remove okey first (i used a warm reset) then just install okey normaly, it should work (it worked on mine and one or two others)
