NZ-73V vs. UX-40

I have to decide wich clié to buy. What are the advantages/disadvantages of the modells?

First of all its NX-73V :) But anyway :

NX: wifi capabilities; bigger screen; lower price; remote for the mp3; light up keyboard; portrait view; nicer form factor in my opinion; more accessories

UX-40: Bluetooth built in (can also be found onthe european version of the NX73), bigger keyboard; OS 5.2; Comes with internal VFS (64mb I think); lanscape view

Please correct me if I'm wrong or forgot anything

take NX when u dont need wireless. It is a nice model and compact flash is much cheaper than MemorySticks

UX has new OS 5.2, but there are no apps which only support
5.2 not 5.0. They have the same camera UX has 3x digital zoom but...
this pics will have a very bad quality
and... very important... The Display is much brighter than the UXs.
UX has only 3 buttons for apps, not 4 its not good to play games.
Ux has the better battery when you buy the battery pack (up to five hours when online the nx only 3 hours)

I personally like the UX form factor better, but it also lacks the ability to do portrait mode. Also fewer apps supported landscape at the moment. The internal Memory stick is only 46 megabytes I believe. Comes with grafitti 2, which may be a step forwards, or a step back.
