Scott, can you tell me what action you have on what slot number? Two slots for the same time is a special case. Actually, in this case the slot with the higher slot number gets a delay of 3 seconds. So, if you use slot 1 and slot 2 on the same time, slot 2 will come 3 minutes later. I just tried it on a Treo launching the calendar on slot 1 and with the same time an alarm with circle popup on slot 2 and it worked fine.

I was on Tab B, page 2. I added Daily Alarms as follows: a Launch Calendar even in slot 2 and alarm (no pop-up) in slot 3. Hmm.. I just did it again in exactly the same way and it worked. I wonder if I had the Alarm in slot 2 and Calendar in slot 3 yesterday because they don't work in that order.

So this approach does work for "Z". Hey, Z, you still reading?

Thanks Scott. It works this way. An other way is to set the launch time some where in the middle of the night and then you are flexible to change your wakeup time and don't have to bother about the launch time. I would generally always avoid exactly the same time for two events (especially from different apps) because you never know which one is handled first.

BellTime special price during Word Cup 2010

If the Netherlands (NED) reach the Round-of-16 of the Word Cup 2010 you can buy a BellTime licence for EUR 10.-
If they reach the Quarter-finals you can buy for EUR 9.-
If they reach the Semi-finals you can buy for EUR 8.-
If they reach the Final you can buy for EUR 6.-
If they win the Cup you can buy for EUR 4.-
Check the price in your own currency with this calculator:
http://www.x-rates.com/cgi-bin/cgic...alue=1&base=EUR

Conditions:
You must purchase before the beginning of the next game of the Netherlands. As soon as Netherlands is OUT of the tournament, this offer is over and you cannot buy for a special price anymore. If the Netherlands in the end wins the Cup you may buy with the special price until July 18, 2010 :)
Once you did your purchase it is final. You do not get a better price if NED wins one or more rounds after your purchase.

Buy here: http://steilberg.eu/page5.htm , put "World Cup Special" as note to the seller and you will receive your refund within 24 hours. Alternatively you can send me an email at least 2 days before the next game and I'll send you a PayPal invoice.

Here an example: Between the Round-of-16 and the Quarter-finals you buy for EUR 10.- Then, if NED loses the Quarter-finals this EUR 10.- was the best possible price. Happy you are :) Now, in the case NED wins the Quarter-finals you could have a better price but you just bought too early :( So the fun is to buy between the right rounds!

Paul the Octupus!!

Paul the Octopus has prophesied Spain to win!!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/10566287.stm

The pity is that both countries have not won a world Soccer cup to date.

I am betting against Paul but his forecasts to date have been outstanding!!!!

May the best team on the day win.

i dug out my old Treo 680, but BellTime is not working as it did before.

alarm goes off with the red circle popup, but no sound.
If i chose system popup + sound, there is no problem.

Jaap Steilberg 09-06-2010 09:48 AM

It should work as before. I assume you use sound=midi? Check if Start volume and End volume is high enough and test it first with "Check It". If you hear nothing go to Alarm Settings and reselect your Midi library.

Is there a way to do this in version 1.5, or is this a feature you are looking to add in the near future? It would be very helpful in keeping tabs on how much over the alloted time an event runs over. There is another program that does this however, I would like to stick with BellTime, if possible.

I know this took a long long time, but it now in version 1.6. as "overtime".

Here are the other features of v1.6

New: Now the full version is freeware!
New: The Big buttons timer shows colored overtime in countdown mode.
New: Flash alarm time (digital) added to the analog clock.
New: Toggle external events in "Event monitor" with navigation-right button.
New: Shortcut to set the alarm time to "now". (press N on keyboard if keypad is up)
Fix: Letter key launcher did not launch if keyboard was in upper case mode.
Fix: Error nr. 2670.
