ZZTech has a fixed copy of V3 on their web site. If you already loaded the new skin, you only need the prc file. Those that have not loaded a V3 skin will need to do so, to use the new tools.

Yes! The tab panel bug is FIXED!!!

Any skin designed to work with ZL V3. I use their default skin, which was updated for this release.

I believe he's referring to a skin updated to support version 3.0 of ZL. The new version added five more tools plus side and bottom tabs. Older skins won't support all that.
