Tungsten E2 Owners !!!

Hi

I want to buy the TE2 tommorow after I heard lot of probloms with the TX stability,and I want to know 2 about important issues.

1. Did someone with TE2 realt eliminated the whine noise with WARPSPEED cause I have heard about lots of locks and creashes :eek: .

2. How long Does Datebk5 and agendus 10 with "normal" take to launch and close :rolleyes:

1. nop mine is wheening quite loud like my old tt1 and tt2
2. i used agendus 9.06 open agendus need about 5 seconds in mine, just white screen for like 5 seconds

Yes my TE2 wines, but only time i notice it is when i put it up close to my ear. I haven't heard of many problems with the TX and if I didn't have to a TE2 that I got for less than $150 I would be getting the TX. At least you can use G1 with it.

I have had my TE2 since Thursday, and now it has a very loud, high pitched noise eminating from the screen. I had this on my Zire71 a few years back as well. In between I had an iPaq which never had any screen noise, very disappointing...

I use a set of ear buds that came with my latest MP3 player and a set of headphones that came with my first 6 year old Creative MP3 player and I get no noise whatsoever from my Zire 31, Zire 72 or E2. Am I very lucky or does it have something to do with the listening devices I'm using being specially tuned for these types of devices? I get no noise during MP3 playback or video playback. It makes no difference if I am charging or have the sync cable plugged in.

Fixed your screen whine on the TE2, cause at least on the Warpspeed site it said that it support for illuminating the screen noise coming out of the screen .

Don't be alarmed. Had the same prob on a TE. It had stopped by itself one fine morning ...Same issue with RADIOs.

My E2 whines like my T1 did..you hear it when you hold the handheld DAMN close to your ear. But when are you gonna do that. Do you have an eye on your ear???

The T3 I own hums pretty silent for a T3, and I really really hear it when using it. Using the TE2:
The silence is deafening...

I live beeing funny at times. Anyways, my TE2 recently got a bit louder after a day, but still NOWEHERE as loud as my "silent" T3! I consider it silent as of now, when using the machine on hand length(regularily) I hear nothing and feel deaf;)

Warpspeed eliminated most of the whine on my E2!! Unbelievable!! It's now barely hidden, and sometimes it's not there at all! It even solved a problem where I had tiny horizontal lines on the screen, now it's almost gone!

Handheld screen buzzes or whines....The noise is a normal and expected behavior.
What's wrong with my T3. Even when I hold it right up to my eye, it's completely silent. I want to get a buzz. Is there a program to enable this?
