Seems somewhat unnecessary now that a 2 gig ms pro duo is available now, and I believe flash memory technology will further evolve and we will see 4+ gb pro duo card in the future.

Maybe, but that 2GB MS costs a dang lot more!
Also, you can whack a 6GB CF microdrive into this thing to replace the 4. We ain't gonna be seeing a 6GB MS at affordable prices for a loooong while methinks ;)

The PSP can't address more than a 4GB media device until Sony makes a firmware update.

4GB Flash cost > 4GB MicroDrive cost. See the difference. Flash and HDD. It also feels great when your using it. More grip.

But you said about dropped frames and all. I can't stand that. The PSP MS Duo card play video so smooth. It looks like a DVD :)

I tried out the provided software and guess what. NO DROPPED FRAMES!! :). I highly recommend PSP users to get this package. You won't regret it. The only problem left is the falling out battery which doesn't happen often but still is annoying.

See what I'm saying. Thats why I use Windows. When I decide on an OS, I consider two things, Third-Party software and Development. I can get and do that on Windows. Not necessarily Mac. Thats why I don't use it although I love the way it looks. Can't wait for Vista.

I still can convert movies to PSP. So far there has been nothing I can't do (that I want to ;))

I program in VB.net. I play Video Games on my PC. I play BVE, a train simulator based off of VB.net. VB.net is created by Microsoft. They don't port .NET Framework to Mac so me using Mac is not an option :(. Although I probably can get an Intel Mac and dual boot it with Windows XP or Vista :)

Apple making a dual boot will make them get more people on Macs. :)
