Duplicated VG Icons

Somehow, and I'm not sure how this even happened, the icons in the virtual graffitti area have changed. First, the Home button duplicated itself to where both of the icons on the left side looked and functioned as the Home icon. Now, the lower icon on the right is the Home button as well. So three out of the four icons on my virtual graffitti are the Home button. I'm completely at a loss. Anybody else seen that happen?
