Mem stick organization- wjats your method???

I was wondering if anybody had any advice on how they organize all their files... I love my Clie and all the cool programs I've been using with it... but I keep getting low memory messages when I try to run various programs.

My current method when I find some cool programs is to just stuff them wherever I can... I have 2 64M sticks and 1 128 stick. I have applications, e-books, Kinoma files, mp3's, games... you name it on all three. The internal memory I have available is constantly anywhere between 0-2M, based on what Launcher X is telling me, and it appears that AvantGo to hogging the most space, but I figured that there might be some ideas out here...

So how do you organize your files? I don't need a full dissertation, just some suggestions on how to untangle this mess and get some functionality back.

P.S. I carry all three mem sticks with me at all times, so I plan on trying to make use of all three.

I have 5 MSs (4 of 128MB, 1 of 8MB that came with Clie). I carry the MS slimcase that fits 4 MSs. It's about the size of a PC card (a stack of may be 4 or 5 credit cards).

Here is how I organize the MSs:
1. The 8 MB MS is strickly used for MSBackup of RAM.
2. A couple of 128MB MSs are used for MP3s. They fit about 90 tracks (6 hours).
3. One of 128MB MS is used for apps and databases (dictionaries, maps, pictures, movie trailers, ebooks, screenshots, quickoffice data). I put all apps that can be run from MS in the MS Palm/Launcher directory, about 66 apps.
4. One of 128MB MS is used for general storage as I use the Clie as MS card reader. Most PC running with XP have built-in driver for MS, so all I need to do is to stick the Clie-USB adapter, launch MSImport, then the MS and my Clie becomes "Removable drive" in the PC's Windows Explorer. I can carry any PC files, including PowerPoint presentation in the MS to a meeting that is outside of my network, no need to burn into a CD or carry laptop.

I have 2 128 MB MS. One has all my apps and a couple of my favorite tunes. The other one is all MP3s. I try to put as many apps as possible on the stick, other than what I use all day. I have 72 files in /Palm/Launcher/ and 70 under PiDirect II.
